Our client, an SME based in Inner Melbourne are looking for a new Finance Manager to help run one of their teams, the client is looking for a senior accountant who would like to move in the financial management



The role will be to provide leadership, guidance and training to a small finance team including managing staff workflow, review monthly management accounts and statutory returns, oversee the debt collection process. Prepare and present reports to directors including financial results and key performance indicators, stock management reports and group cash-flow forecasts. Monitor daily cash balances and inter-company accounts. Under take year-end tasks and including preparation of statutory accounts, calculation of tax payable and deferred taxes.



To be considered for this role you will be CPA or CA certified, have a solid financial and management accounting background along with some experience of managing junior accounting staff, you will also have excellent MS Excel abilities.



The client is looking for someone to start by 1st April, so will accept candidates who are on 4 weeks notice
