One of Australia's leading national banks is seeking an experienced Personal Assistant or Senior Administrator to join their team providing 1:1 support to the one of the heads of the HR team. As a newly created role, you will originally come on board on a 6 month contract, however, if you are able to prove your worth there is the potential for the position to go permanent.



As personal assistant, your responsibilities will involve travel arrangements, expense processing and diary management. Additionally, you will assist with the coordination of career summits as well as be required to compile reports and process relevant documentation.



In order to be successful in this role, you will be an extremely diligent and autonomous individual who is pro-active in their approach to work. You will take initiative and be able to treat the role as a collaborative partnership, offering input and ideas as requested. You will have previous experience supporting in a similar role within the banking or financial services industry and be highly competent in word and excel, as required for documentation reporting.
