Application Support Analyst, Sydney

We're looking for an application support analyst experienced in supporting software applications with exceptional support and troubleshooting skills. This Global leader in front and middle office fund management have a unique technology offering to their clients, and have a globally dispersed team of support and software engineers (US, UK, Europe and AUS) who are responsible for the maintenance and development this core product used for investment banking.

We're looking above all else for strong communication skills, strong knowledge and skills in SQL and running queries for support purposes, we ideally also need some level of Scripting skills (Ideally Python but will consider other), and the ability to maintain and troubleshoot a primarily Windows-based operational environment.

Typically there's a casual working environment, normal hours (no shiftwork) and product training / career development provided.
