This global manufacturer is a leader in the consumer goods space and is the company behind a number of very established and well-known brands. Its products are sold in over 150 countries and Australia is one of the company's most profitable markets.



The organisation has identified a need to bring on a Group Legal Counsel to advise and support its ANZ business from its Australian head office in Mascot. Reporting in to the General Counsel APAC who based in Singapore, you will be the sole in-house lawyer in the ANZ region and will be required to advise the company on a range of legal issues including general commercial law, employment law issues, product liability, consumer law, marketing and litigation.



To be considered, you will have extensive PAE with solid commercial law and contract drafting abilities as well as experience in the other areas of law mentioned above. You will have a "can do" attitude and be a team player with strong influencing skills, together with a proven ability to work autonomously. Candidates with relevant industry experience will be highly regarded.



On offer is a varied and challenging role with a good level of responsibility. Some interstate travel will be required.
