QC Lab Manager

A cGMP pharmaceutical plant with established manufacturing facility in SEA is looking to appoint a quality-focused QC Manager.



Directly reporting into Managing Director, you will direct and lead the QC team to perform routine chemical, physical and microbiological testing of pharmaceutical materials, formulations and finished products. You will review and approve QC test results for raw materials, packaging materials, bulk products and finished products.



Also, you will participate in analytical investigations of out-of-specifications (OOS) and examine results, change control requests, root-cause determination, as well as provide recommendations for CAPA. You have to ensure the appropriate validations for analytical methods development.



As a GMP expert, you will provide assistance with internal GMP and third party audits, provide GLP, GMP, SOP and laboratory safety training to all QC personnel.



Ideally, you have a Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Biology or other science-related disciplines. You will have 5 or more years of QC experience in the pharmaceutical or nutraceutical industry, with experience in a managerial role or management capacity.
