This well known organisation is looking for an experienced Customer Experience Manager to join the business. Reporting into the Head of Digital you will ensure a consistent experience across multiple channels.
As Senior Manager - Customer Experience you will be responsible for driving the customer journey through from strategy to implementation. You will take an omni-channel approach, taking a holistic view across the business and mapping ways in which the customer experience can be improved to drive both customer satisfaction and in turn revenue. Looking at both the online and offline offering of the business you will ensure this is delivered through operational excellence across the business.
To be successful in this role you will be an e-Commerce expert and digital enthusiast with a customer centric approach in everything you do. You will have worked across customer experience previously with a passion for insights, with the ability to provide meaningful recommendations that drive improvements across the value chain. You will have excellent communication and stakeholder management skills coupled with a track record of delivering a seamless customer experience.
