The Channel Program Manager is responsible for Apple branded program deployment in a multi-brand environment, & telco channel along with enterprise & commercial / event management support.
Key Qualifications:
•Solid working experience in retail marketing and project management.
•Ability of taking hands-on work and attention to detail is required.
•Has worked for a high profile, image-conscious, consumer brand.
•Brand/marketing communications experience ideally from leading consumer electronics or telecoms manufacturers, or account handlers from global marketing agencies.
•Used to interfacing with various teams including sales teams, B2B teams and retail staff.
•A good team player with effective communication skills and coordination skills.
•High accountability & self-motivated and be able to work under minimal supervision and deliver the assigned task result.
•Good written and spoken English.
Description:
The specific roles and responsibilities include the following:
1) Program implementation.
Implement Apple branded program in the Middle East markets by cooperating with other functions.
Be fully responsible for Apple branded program setup in multi-brand environment & carrier/telco stores, including space planning, brief preparation, site survey, installation and merchandising support.
2) Cross function teams cooperation within the programs team & sales organisation.
Interact with central teams to fully understand program guidelines.
Work closely with sales team & ASC teams to ensure growing Apple business with new program.
Support system data entry and additional admin tasks as needed.
Help update my pipeline and collect relevant information for the briefs including sales numbers & images of the POS.
3) External parties coordination / management
Review and negotiate with resellers for best in-store location for program implementation
Coordinate vendors in store installation timings and plans
Be on site with external vendors during installations/removal of programs.
4) B2B/Event Management
Support business development Managers (BDM) to complete the project plans where necessary
Support the sell-in to the B2B partners whenever required
Prepare the BEP launch events including submitting the PR for the event and manage the subsequent finance process
Source and manage agencies to help with the B2B briefings and launch events
Liaise with meetings & events to book venues for the briefings/other events
Support BDM’s in measuring program performance & generate the post activity reports.
Work cross functionally with the training team, B2B teams & account managers & carrier managers.
5) Seeding
Help coordinate the seeding program across the Middle East partners
Manage and track the process and ensure alignment with the BDM & account managers
Education:
University degree with 5+ years of related working experience.

Strong taste for data and quantitative analysis.
Excellent at prioritisation.
Works well with various cross functional teams across various job levels.
Used to working under very tight deadlines and pressure.
Ability to cope with multiple projects at once.
Self-motivated, flexible & can adapt fast to changes.
High taste for processes, structure & reporting.
Ability to spend time in the market in stores during installations/removals.
Excellent interpersonal skills, especially good at presenting, convincing & influencing others.
