Hays are working alongside a well established fit-out and refurbishment company who have a long tradition of delivering exceptional projects to completion for a blue chip client base. Due to new upcoming projects they have a requirement for an experienced site manager to join their tight knit team



As site manager you will be responsible for the completion and successful delivery of fit-out and refurbishment projects up to the value of $5M. Key duties will involve supervision and coordination of all sub contractors ensuring the project is completed as per the work program ensuring an exceptional finish. You will also be responsible for ensuring the site is managed in a manner compliant with standard OHS procedures and expectations. This will involve site inductions, site safety walks and safety audits of your subcontractors.



The ideal candidate is an experienced site manager who has carried out multiple successful fit-out projects in the past and is able to demonstrate a continuous record of achievement throughout their career. A trade or building background encompassing supervision will be essential . You will be motivated and driven to meet targets and ensure compliance with regulations. A professional approach to building and managing relationships onsite is essential as our client prides themselves on repeat business with a small client base.
