In this role you will focus on performance validation and tuning of SoC memory subsystem and key DMA agents in silicon.

Key Qualifications

• The ideal candidate will have 3 years of Verification experience:
• Advanced knowledge of CPU & SOC architecture/design & in-depth knowledge of verification flow.
• Experience with low-level programming of complex computer systems in C/C /assembly.
• Embedded software experience.
• Desired: Device driver experience a plus.
• Knowledge of scripting in Lua, PERL and python will be beneficial
• Should be a team player with excellent communication skills and the desire to take on diverse challenges.

Description

Work closely with design & micro-architecture teams to understand the functional & performance goals of the memory subsystem.
Investigate the use cases, system-level operation, and performance requirements
Develop low-level software to validate and measure performance of SoC.
Develop tools and methodologies to automate testing and tuning the SoC.
Work independently & manage deliverables to align with the project goals plus support cross-functional engineering efforts.

Education

BS/MS in EE/CS is required
