This government organisation provide essential support to the community.



Due to a continuous program of change, an experienced HR Consultant is required to work as part of the team to improve business performance. This is an eight week contract at AO7 level based in Brisbane CBD.



In this role you review current recruitment and selection practices and strategies and look at ways to improve this. You will look at workforce supply and demand and put in place plans to combat any issues that may arise. You will work to develop an attraction and retention plan and look into probationary reviews in order to create an engaged high performing workforce.



To be considered for this role you will require previous experience in a similar strategic role and have demonstrated knowledge in workforce planning and developing recruitment strategies. You will have expertise in performance management and be able to effectively transform your ideas and recommendations into policies and procedures.
