Our client is one of the tourist attraction hubs here in Singapore, holding the mandate to rejuvenate and develop the project with the intention to grow it as one of the main attractions for the country. Significant project funds have been parked aside for the development of this hub, including plans to model it after similar global institutions in countries such as the United States.
The Customer Experience Director will be responsible for developing strategies across from increasing traffic to the project, through to the creation of a positive user experience, so as to encourage repeat visits. You will also oversee the team creating and driving the brand equity and marketing campaigns to increase awareness of the project. This role calls for a creative mind who is able to bring this project to life successfully.
We are seeking someone with approximately 10-12 years working experience, with a track record of success in the creation of marketing strategies focused on customer attraction and enhanced user experience. You are a strong team leader, and are able to guide the organization with your vision and clear plans of execution. A strong presenter and communicator, you are also able to manage both internal and external stakeholders effectively.
