Salary: $75 000 - $85 000



NOTE: CANDIDATES MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE WITH BIG DATA TO BE CONSIDERED (any of the following: Hadoop, Hive, PIG, WibiData, NoSQL, or SkyTree)



Our client, a Canadian owned manufacturer of clothing wear is currently hiring for a Big Data System Administrator to join their staff in Toronto (North York), ON. This is a full time opportunity with one of Canada’s fastest growing company, and offers a promotion within the year to a Sr. System Admin upon successful tenure.



The incumbent will be responsible for implementing and supporting Windows Server, Active Directory, MS Exchange servers, VMware and SQL server. You will also be responsible for big data analytics, and maintenance of the Oracle E-commerce platform.



Successful candidates must have at least 1-2 years of experience with Big Data platform such as Hadoop, Hive, PIG, WibiData, NoSQL, or SkyTree. Experienced with implementing/supporting Windows Server, Active Directory, and Vmware.
