This highly reputable organisation is seeking a result's driven Land Acquisitions Coordinator for an immediate start.



The successful candidate will assist in delivering land acquisition projects. Your experience in administering property related projects combined with your ability to professionally communicate with stakeholders at all levels will be essential for this role. A property/legal background as well as proficiency in Lotus Notes is a must. You will be required to have knowledge and experience in the interpretation of relevant legislation including the Local Government Act, Crown Land (Reserves) Act 1978, Transfer of Land Act, Sale of Land Act and Road Management Act.
