HP Technology Services Group is seeking to identify highly motivated and qualified individuals opportunities as a Field Technical Support Technician.



In this early career role, you’ll provide onsite support to our corporate clients within your area. Based on the client’s needs the support services you provide could range from desktop, printer, and application support to server installation and support including hardware break/fix.



You’ll have opportunity to train on the products we deliver and support and experience as a Field Technical Support Technician can lead to future careers within HP.

Qualifications

• Minimum Vocational/Diploma (technical field) equivalent with 1-2 years of working experience in related fields, or Associates or Bachelor’s Degree (technical field) holder with no or less than 1 year relevant working experience
  


• Basic understanding of technical IT support knowledge, as well as basic project management skills and communication and analytical problem-solving skills
  


• Knowledge and experience in IT hardware break/fix.
  


• Ability to build and maintain ongoing relationships with customers, peers and support partners
  


• Ability to perform well in high-pressure situations
  


• Ability to work independently and be self-disciplined
  


• Ability to learn and comply with organization and policies
