End to End Performance Analyst

An opportunity has become available within our Quality and Performance team in our Mobile Networks division!
Your focus will be to provide Networks and the wider business with an understanding of Vodafone’s competitive position in the UK market. You will identify, investigate and drive resolution to issues impacting the customer experience as measured through active testing activities communicating your findings to stakeholders.
To achieve this you will use a mixture of drive trial and pedestrian trial results, data from crowd-source applications such as Ookla alongside network traces and counters.
You will also be working with VF Group/ European central function on the VF global specification for Drive trial methodology suggesting and reviewing scope changes.
Data analysis capability will be important to your success in this role; using tools such as P3 solutions, wireshark, Tableau, AranTech Touchpoint, SysMech ZenPm, Mycom ProOptima and Sigos Site.
This role requires an understanding of 2G ,3G and 4G technology, underpinned by an engineering, mathematical or analytical background.
As an End to End Performance Analyst your Skills, knowledge and experience should include:
Degree qualified in a technical/ science or mathematical discipline or equivalent industry experience
Good breadth of cross functional network knowledge
Ability to challenge technical input from All Networks related areas e.g. core, radio, transmission
Strong database and tool knowledge to include business objects
An understanding of system engineering/ project management approaches to working
This role would suit an individual who can demonstrate an understanding of statistical reporting techniques.
Has a passion for customer experience and is in touch with market trends,
