Resource Management-Scheduling:

 

Roles and Responsibilites:

 

• The Resource Management Rep is responsible for the demand fulfillment for the practices assigned.
• The scheduler would need to identify the key talent needs to execute the business strategy and work closely with them for closure of open demands.
• The scheduler will be the single point of contact for the business for all staffing related requirements. He or she is responsible for identifying and proposing the right talent at the right time to meet client requirements.
• He/She would need to develop and execute innovative solutions to resolve any issues or provide input for resource planning activities, providing timely information to facilitate future resourcing decisions on a regular basis.

• He/She would also need to manage and monitor the productivity targets and take action as required.
