. We are seeking an Enterprise Fixed Data Product Senior Assıciate Manager / Manager with the will and ambition to work in high performing Vodafone Team responsible for Leading Digital Transformation in Turkey, reporting Enterprise Fixed Product Senior Manager of Vodafone Turkey.

The accountabilities of this role are:

• Manage the full lifecycle of the products from concept phase to retirement in an environment of continuous improvement through ownership of the product specifications, business case, development roadmaps and support material.
• Funnel in continuous innovation into the products by leading concept papers, product briefs and pushing new product ideas into feasibility and development phase hence to make sure that the products have a time to market advantage and sustainable clear differentiation.
• Track performance (financial and non-financial) of products reports to ensure the correct actions and developments are undertaken to achieve the planned objectives and to remain competitive against the competition.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to gain customer/market insight for new products and product enhancements/redesign and to plan the commercial delivery/launch of the products.
• Cooperate with technology and customer care teams to provide input to ensure successful operations and customer care for the products developed.
• Develop relationships with external stakeholders such as strategic partners, suppliers and other 3rd parties to ensure their full support for our products and propositions.
• Create the governance and service level framework for third parties for the excellence of products and services.

• Experience in related field (6-7 years)
• Bachelor Degree in engineering or business, master degree is a plus
• Flexible mind set to adapt to a constantly changing start-up business field
• Project management and analytical thinking skills
• Effectively cope with changing work environment
• Multi-task management
• Analysis and reporting abilities
• Problem solving & decision making
• Experience in a large multinational company / Telecom sector experience is a plus
• Strong written,verbal communication skills&inter-personal skills both in Turkish and English
