Newly created Quality Engineer job due to $30m investment in the Mayo plant.



An excellent job opportunity has arisen for a Quality / Validation Engineer in Mayo with a highly successful and innovative medical device manufacturer. The successful Quality Engineer will join the quality team at an exciting time, where the company are investing $30m in developing the plant, (including adding a new production line and a new clean room to the site) to meet the increasing global demand for their highly innovative product.



The main focus of this job is to provide process validation and quality engineering support to the business. The Quality Engineer will be responsible for validating processes, new equipment and changes to existing equipment including DV, IQ, OQ, PQ protocol development & implementation. The job also includes completing ISO 13485, FDA and QSR internal audits and conducting risk management / FMEA / statistical analysis. As one of 3 Quality Engineers on the team, you will be assigned a number of CAPA's to analyse, determining route cause and completing problem resolution. You would also have responsibility for identifying and implementing process improvements and ensuring process capabilities are maintained.



If you are a degree-qualified, quality professional with approximately 2-3 years' experience in quality and process validation, this job will offer you excellent challenges and opportunities for personal development in a rapidly growing company. Experience in the medical device industry is highly desirable.
