Hays are currently partnering with a leading solar manufacturer, who manufacture and deliver highly effective Solar solutions to businesses across the world. Being one of the largest solar manufacturers in the world, they have firmly planted themselves as a market leader in their field. Due to continued success and growth within the Australian market they are seeking a National Sales Manager to join their team.
This is a national role; therefore the current base of the ideal candidate is flexible. You will be required to travel all over Australia and overseas if necessary. You will inherit an existing customer base to look after but predominantly this is a new business role and you will be required to identify and develop new business opportunities and grow the existing client base. As a provider of a wide range of solar products such as solar cells, solar modules, power systems and application solutions, a solar background with a strong understanding and knowledge of these solutions is essential. You will need to have had exposure to business development for commercial PV projects, and the ability to actively identify new business opportunities and grow the existing customer portfolio. You will need to be a self starter, with an entrepreneurial flare who is able to work autonomously.
You will be offered a healthy base salary (negotiable dependant on experience up to $150,000) + super, car allowance and a lucrative bonus, along with the opportunity to join a worldwide leader in the solar market offering a long and stable career path.
