Hays Marketing is pleased to be assisting a leading not for profit organisation with the recruitment for a Marketing Communications Manager.



Reporting to Director level, with a team of 3 direct reports. The key purpose of this role is to ensure the development and implementation of an effective marketing strategy and plans to ensure growth objectives are achieved across the organisation. Duties will include:



· Responsible for the leadership and development of the Marketing & Communications team

· Responsible for developing and implementing key strategic partner strategies at a local and national level

· Deliver, implement and measure the success of all marketing and communications plans

· Responsible for providing performance reports and presentations to all levels of management

· Responsible for the implementation of an effective social networking / digital marketing strategy

· Be responsible for the development and maintenance of the website

· Responsible for all aspects of corporate PR
