Business Analyst/ Architect - Target operating model

An opportunity has arisen for a Business Architect to join a leading insurance organisation; the roleholder will join a newly formed change team and work on the specific Target operating model for the claims business (specifically focussing on Motor and home insurance). The TOM is already in place but there are a number of strategic changes that need to be made.



You must be a very strong Business Analyst with excellent experience of the full design lifecycle - this will include initial discussions with the business to understand their specific requirements in regards to the current TOM, processes etc



You must also have a very good knowledge of specific Business Architecture, design principles and a background in designing and delivering Target operating models previously. A knowledge of the Insurance industry would be very highly desirable for this opportunity.

£400.00 - £500.00 per annum
