In the Talent Analyst role you will be responsible for proactively recruiting Office Support contractors to staff project positions with clients in the Canadian market by searching and identify experienced contractors in databases, job boards, business networks etc. You will conduct detailed phone interviews with contractors and enter the gathered information into our database. You will be the first contact for our contracting partners and will be responsible for updating their profiles. Your work will provide the basis for our successful account management teams and will play an important role in our continuing growth.



To qualify for this position you must be comfortable using the telephone as your primary tool in order to contact and assess candidates. You must possess excellent communication and people skills and have a professional demeanor. You must be well organized, efficient and goal-oriented. Ideally you have prior knowledge in a call center environment and/or in an accounting or finance related role, but if not we will work together with you to train you in both areas.
