The Exciting Opportunity:



This is a very exciting opportunity for a 'hunter' with international courier or Freight experience, who wants to work for a household name brand with a reputation based on quality and service. We are looking for a hungry and tenacious sales professional who is looking to work for a supportive, dynamic and fast paced environment where hard work and success is recognised and rewarded.



In this position as a Field Sales Representative, you will be allocated your own specific territory and you will be responsible for new business development, new client acquisition, account management for existing clients, up selling and cross selling to your existing clients to expand revenue generating opportunities along with developing lasting relationships. You will possess excellent communication skills with the confidence and ability to present to key stakeholders and decision makers at all levels of the business. You will be responsible for cold calling on clients, meeting potential new clients face to face, demonstrate strong time management skills in order to organise your week ahead so as to maximise your time to deliver results.



The Successful Candidate:



The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 18-24 months sales/business development experience, gained working within the courier, freight forwarding or shipping environment within WA. The successful applicant with also be able to demonstrate a solid sales / business development background with a proven track record of success in the international freight or courier industry.



To succeed in this field sales role, you will need to be strong with new business development, enjoy field sales, be self motivated, adept with cold calling on clients, be able to work autonomously and very self driven. Additionally you will be a real 'people-person' who is confident to liaise with people at all levels, and demonstrate strong communication skills.



We are looking for the ideal candidate to demonstrate a proven track record of success in sales and winning new business - you with be ambition, confident and demonstrate a proactive attitude.
