Systems Accountant - 6 month fixed term role

Wellington & Wairarapa, New Zealand, NZ - Accounting

Due to maternity leave, this organisation is looking for a Systems Accountant for a 6 month fixed term role. This organisation is a well known and reputable international organisation, based in Wellington CBD. A passionate and experienced Systems Accountant is required to implement a new system, and coordinate work with BAU.



Reporting to the CFO, you will be responsible for the system maintenance, analysis, and reporting of invoice activity. You will liaise with the IT department on system issues, as well as assisting with ad hoc projects.There will be substantial involvement with 3rd party vendors, as well as stakeholder engagement.



You will have at least 3+ years of systems accounting experience, and have knowledge of system specifications and system workflow design. You will be an advanced user of Excel, and will ideally have experience with Microsoft Visio.
