Our client is an established Bristol-based law firm with a thriving commercial property practice and a growing local, national and international client base. With their eyes on the future, this firm are keen to recruit an ambitious commercial property lawyer, used to generating and servicing their own clients and workload.



The team has a particular focus on acting for a broad spectrum of SME's and owner managed businesses. You will be an established lawyer in the market, with a number of key client relationships that will follow you. This is an exciting development opportunity to build your own practice and develop your own niche client offering.



In return you will have a clear succession opportunity within the next 2 to 3 years, with open headroom for partnership promotion. With a highly profitable office that has maintained significant turnover levels over the past 2 years, this is a unique opportunity in the market.
