Highly successful and growing business are looking for an in-house recruiter initially for a fixed term contract of 6 months.
The role is working as part of a small resourcing team managing a high volume of roles that are generally niche and specialist in nature.
You'll liaise closely with the hiring managers, getting a true and in-depth understanding of their requirements so you are well place to source for potential candidates as well as briefing agencies on the preferred supplier list.
Due to the specialise nature of many of the roles you'll work closely with the approved agencies and a lot of the role will be focused around managing this relationship and ensuring the suppliers are delivering what the business needs.
You'll bring previous in-house experience, be used to managing multiple agency relationships and be able to hit the ground running in a fast paced and dynamic environment.
