- Manage multiple design and construction projects occurring simultaneously. Focus will be more on the Bidding and Construction Phase implementation.
- Manage the procurement of the General Contractor and/or CM at-Risk
- Develop effective Project Schedules and manage project(s) within the approved timeline
- Develop overall Project Budget and manage project(s) within the approved budget
- Call, chair and document weekly Owner-Architect-Contractor (OAC) meetings.
- Monitor, document and report on the progress and quality of construction out in the field.
- Manage project related delays or disruptions and bring closure within stated timeframes and guidelines.
- Interface with various Departments and Public Agencies (local and Federal)
- Manage the move-outs and move-ins that may be required with phased construction in occupied environments
