Supply Chain Demand Analyst

Ensure that anyone can walk into any of our Reseller Partner stores/Telco Partner stores & can always find the Mac, iPod, iPhone or accessory they want while meeting Apple’s best-in-class inventory goals.
Our team is responsible for managing relationships with key reseller partners across EMEIA.
The position entails Collaboration, Planning, Forecasting and Replenishment (CPFR) activities. The team identifies and analyses demand trends, and works with internal teams (such as Sales, Supply Planning, Finance & Logistics) to manage the replenishment process for our Partners. This person will be the single point of contact for all operational queries

Description
•Build and maintain effective working relationships with key stakeholders
•Forecast consumer demand using statistical and collaborative forecasting techniques
•Prepare Partner demand data, and conduct detailed analysis to minimize forecast error
•Long term quarterly and weekly forecasting of products and responsible for the accuracy of those forecasts and talking and framing any differences
•Take business knowledge and translating this information into your forecast.
•Reporting and presentation of executive reviews
•Forecasting a changing and constrained supply environment to ensure supply is secured.
•Plan and execute New Product Introductions and Forecasts
•Plan and execute seasonal strategies
•Work on own initiative, to gather and disseminate information needed to make decisions and drive the business
•Ensure adherence of the Partner’s Contractual requirements
•Experience in leading cross functional projects
•Understand the Partner’s supply chain model & market dynamics
Education
•3rd level degree essential- Engineering / Finance / Statistics / BIS or similar degrees preferable
•Post Graduate qualification is an advantage
Additional Requirements
•3-5 years experience in the field of Operations & Supply Chain
•Excellent numeracy skills and strong knowledge of Excel
•Fluent English essential and additional European languages an advantage
•Some demand planning specific experience and a financial /other background in forecasting would be preferable
