This emerging organisation are an industrious and extremely high performing MSP based in the North Sydney area. An opportunity has arisen to join a team of elite Service desk Support professionals servicing secure accounts across varying sectors.
With exposure to a broad range of technologies you will provide onsite and remote support to a variety of environments. Predominantly supporting latest Windows Servers, Active Directory and Exchange distributions, you'll work provide 1st Level Support to a demanding user base.
You will have 1-2 years experience in IT Help desk support role gained preferably from a managed service provider. You will have commercial evidence with call logging tools such as ServiceNow, Remedy or CA Service Desk. Experience in commercial in bound telephony systems such as ALCATEL or CISCO is highly desired. The ability to demonstrate knowledge of Active Directory, Lotus Notes and Outlook as well as Microsoft application support are a minimum requirement for the role. Impeccable customer service acumen, positive attitude and exemplary communication skills will be the traits looked for in the successful candidate. Experience within an ITIL environment would also be beneficial. Due to the nature of the role only candidates who live within 30 minutes commute from Frenchs Forest will be considered.
