Our client is a new residential builder is looking for an experienced draftsperson to join the team. Due to an influx of work the opportunity has become available for a eager candidate who has experience working within the Project Home sector.



This is a full time permanent position that can offer career growth and development for the right candidate. My client is looking for someone who can use AutoCAD to produce documentation for residential projects on difficult sites. Exceptional communication skills along with experience working with a Project Home Builder previously.



Your day to day duties will consist of producing working drawings, sittings and ensuring that all projects are completed with building costs, making amendments, presenting to clients as well as managing the preparation of plans into council. You will also be responsible for producing accurate drawings and taking responsibility for your own projects. Working to deadlines with Volume Housing is vital for this role.



You will be the sort of person who prides themselves on their work. Exceptional time management skills along with high level of technical knowledge will see you succeed in this position.
