Quality Manager

Changzhou, Jiangsu, China, CN - Machinery

Our client is the leading supplier of integrated systems and services; it is now expanding its business in China in a fast speed. Currently it is looking for a Quality Assurance Manager its Changzhou plant.



Report to Head of Quality ACHA, you are responsible for supervising the whole quality team ca. 50 employees. You should co-ordinate the problem solving and follow up the preventive and corrective actions (PDCA). You should also supervise the quality management for the whole manufacturing process, take actions for any issue from manufacturing site and report to Head of Quality.



To succeed in this role, you should have Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering. You should have at least 10 years' experience in mechanical engineering, 8 years' experience with measurement equipment, 5 years' experience in leadership, sample inspection and statistic (AQL, MSA, capability studies). Fluent English and Chinese is a must.
