This fantastic and well established company based in the central Southbank location has a fun, dynamic and fast paced working environment and a great culture.



Due to changes in the business, a position has opened up for a Temporary Payroll Officer to join the existing finance team.



In this hands on sole charge role you will report into the finance manager and will be responsible for the full function payroll. Your daily duties will include managing time sheets and hours, processing and transmitting wages, managing allowances and interpreting awards/agreements as well assisting with the full end-of-month and reporting process. You will also be responsible for tasks such as maintaining employee records, liaising with line managers and assisting the HR team with ad-hoc duties.



The successful candidate will have payroll experience in medium sized companies of around 250 people and your excellent written and verbal communication skills will aid you in communicating with the broader business; a high-level of accuracy, attention to detail and organisation skills are essential. You will have had exposure to MYOB Payroll and you will be processes improvement driven and fit into a great working culture.
