Our client, a well established IFA practice, is looking for an Adviser to service leads provided to them in the Kingston-Upon-Thames area.

The company currently has a sizeable, growing annual turnover but is looking to increase it by building their IFA division.

You will be an experienced Adviser with a proven track record of at least 2 years. You must be at least Level 4 qualified and Competent Adviser Status. This is an employed position with a basic salary of up to £45,000… although this can be increased if you have a client bank of your own. On target earnings are in excess of 70K in the first year. An IFA background is an advantage but not a necessity.

For Advisers who have no client bank this is an excellent opportunity to build a business within a business whilst having the safeguard of a basic salary whilst doing so. For Advisers who already have a client bank, this vacancy offers the opportunity to build your client bank and either continue self employed or become employed, whichever's your preference.
