Description
This Project Manager position is within Hewlett-Packard's LES Phoenix Firmware Lab.
As a Project Manager you will help to set the direction and tone for a diverse team of skilled FW developers as well as collaborate with multiple HP partners to develop specifications, architectures, designs, and test infrastructure. You will be working in a fast-paced, agile, and highly collaborative team environment where you can push your skills and ideas to the limit to build and qualify superior printing products.

Qualifications :
Qualifications
Education and Experience
•
Bachelor"s or Master"s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent
•
Minimum 3+ years' experience in FW/SW industry
Knowledge and Skills
•
Familiarity with SW/FW development and testing processes
•
2+ years leading development of FW/SW engineers
•
Highly proficient relationship management skills.
•
Ability to represent business needs and choices to others with high credibility.
•
Ability to deal with ambiguity and provide focus
•
Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills
•
People management experience desired, though not required.
•
Fluency in English
