Sourcing Data Analyst

Beijing City, China, CN - Outsourcing/Offshoring

The position presents significant opportunity to grow in to leadership and management roles. In addition, the position may involve project management and consulting opportunity in Beijing.

Specifically, you will

· Support or lead sourcing projects including RFx execution, spend data and bid responses analytics, supplier negotiation, award recommendations, business case presentations, and supplier contracting in Marketing and Services categories such as event, PR, training and HR. Ensure the consistent delivery of sourcing services and supporting activities that meet and exceed savings and SLA targets.

· Perform supplier research and identification and perform RFQ analyses such as rate card analyses, basic TCO, and lease vs. buy/NPV. You will be accountable for Asia-Pacific regional marketing intelligence development.

· Participate in initiatives aimed at improving productivity and efficiency to support company and account growth.

· Result oriented- offer creative solutions to support sourcing projects and achieve desired results.

· Ensure the consistent delivery of sourcing services and support activities that meet and exceed savings and SLA targets

· Seek out opportunities to drive creativity and innovation within each sourcing project, while ensuring adherence to quality and timeliness standards
