Quantity Surveyor/ Senior Quantity Surveyor

An international multi-disciplinary Consultancy with exciting growth plans for their Norwich office is now looking to appoint a Quantity Surveyor and a Senior Quantity Surveyor to be based in Norwich.



You will take responsibility for projects across a wide range of sectors spanning the science, education, commercial, industrial, residential sectors and some infrastructure works. The pipeline of work is exciting, projects being mostly based in the Norfolk and East Anglian region and sometimes further afield across the UK and Europe. You will join an established team, which fosters a supportive and friendly working environment whilst being focused on achieving high performance. They are one of the best performing teams outside London.



That's why we are looking for talented individuals, who will be able to demonstrate, not only commercial awareness and competence across pre- and post-contract duties but who will also be commercially aware, client facing and customer service driven. You will possess strong communication skills, which enable you to build successful business relationships and challenge others to ensure you deliver value to your clients. You will be MRICS or very close to qualification and have gained relevant experience within Private Practice.



The positions are available now. You will be offered a competitive remuneration package up to £45,000 plus healthcare and pension as well as first class training in the industry and strong opportunities for both career and personal development.
