Hays are recruiting for a leading automotive company; this is your opportunity to work for a reputable, well known brand who's a market leader in their field. They are looking for an experienced Marketing Consultant who is passionate about this industry.



In this role you will report in to the Marketing Operations Manager, you will work with the field operations team and build relationships with the franchise managers across ANZ. You will support the managers to maintain lifelong relationships with their customers and develop and execute integrated marketing plans. You will have a consultative approach to identify marketing opportunities and then advise the managers on how to align marketing programs, tools and resources to effectively deliver results and increase profitability.



To be considered for this job, you will be experienced working in multi site retail or a franchise business. You will be passionate about the automotive industry and experience in this field is highly desirable. The ability to work collaboratively and in cross functional groups is required, strong communication skills, and decision making ability. You must be accountable and work to achieve measurable results.
