This Icon in the domestic Insurance industry offers excellent career prospects and opportunities for growth. In particular they offer in-house on line learning, external courses and are very supportive with Insurance qualifications.
They are experiencing huge demand for their exceptional claims service and as such, are seeking experienced domestic building property claims staff to join their claims team. To be considered for this role you will have several years experience with structural house claims, ideally including total loss.
This is NOT a call centre role. You'll be managing the claims after they have been lodged by the Tele-Claims team, and taking them through to full settlement. You'll be liaising with customers on the phone, appointing assessors, dealing with repairs/repairers and settling claims, while keeping claimants up to date with their claims process. You'll have a methodical approach, high level of attention to detail, excellent verbal and written communications skills and be able to make decisions, provide solutions whilst liaising with claimants and suppliers. A top attitude together with the ability to work in a fast paced environment whilst remaining calm under pressure is vital.
