This Hutt Valley based commercial organisation consults and delivers essential services working alongside public sector organisations. Due to a change project, a six month fixed term role has become available for an experienced Human Resources Advisor or Consultant working as part of a small, down to earth and collaborative Human Resources Team.
This role will support business as usual and the change process, including transfer of employees drafting and finalising terms and conditions from offer to acceptance, and managing staff and stakeholder questions. Exceptional Human Resources advisory and project management experience is required, and you will demonstrate the ability to build relationships quickly, mid project.
As an experienced Human Resources generalist, you will be used to providing pragmatic generalist Human Resources consultancy services to leaders and staff. Highly regarded but not essential, will be experience developing leadership and capability building initiatives as part of the people plan for the company.
This contract will suit a flexible and results orientated individual with thorough knowledge of current employment legislation, and experience of supporting change ideally in a commercial organisation. To truly make a difference for this busy Human Resources Team, you will be prepared to get stuck into administration as required whilst advising on change that provides the best outcome for both the business and employees.
