Country HR Manager - Finance

A stable financial services company is now seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to take on a regional role. This job opening has arisen due to internal promotion.



Responsible for a staff strength of around 300 regionally, you will be the first point of contact for all employee related queries and performance management questions. As such, you will need to be an expert in Singapore MoM guidelines and experienced in the full spectrum of HR. This role will not require any travel but you will be working together with your counterparts in other countries.



This role is hands-on and requires someone who can work independently and autonomously. You will be managing one direct report who will assist you with administrative matters.



To be successful in this job, you must demonstrate:

• strong HR generalist (minimum 10-12 years' relevant experience)


• good communication skills, especially in employee engagement, advising on benefits, managing performance issues


• self starter, able to work autonomously, caring and mature
