Business Analyst

Business Analysts required to join our Financial Services clients Change Delivery Team. The Change Delivery Team deliver all of the clients complex cross functional projects, working closely with key business stakeholders to successfully deliver quality solutions to meet the business goals. You will be a key contributor in ensuring that the change agenda across the organisation is delivered with efficiency and in a collaborative manner.



You will need to interface with key stakeholders across the business and have an understanding of the business issues being addressed. You will deliver quality artifacts in time and in accordance with the project plan. You will be able to understand and translate technical language in to business terms and act as a bridge between business and technical teams.



Interim staff are also encouraged to mentor and coach other Business Analysts within the team, providing supportive direction on issues that they face within their projects.



If you possess the following, we would love to hear from you:

* Have extensive project experience in a multi-functional environment

* Are able to demonstrate business analysis skills and attributes to a high level in a dynamic business environment

* Are able to communicate and influence a wide-ranging audience up to and including General Managers

* Are creative and self-directed with strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills

* Have the ability to adapt communication skills and techniques to meet the needs of the audience

* Have strong analytical problem solving skills and able to comfortably multitask

* Have practical understanding of projects and knowledge of project lifecycle methodology

* You must have experience of technical infrastructure projects
