Credit Acceptance Manager

Our client is the auto-finance provider for its customers.By partnering with leading banks, the company provides a one stop solution for their 4S clients in financing their needs in acquiring inventory. Currently they are looking for the Manager of Credit Acceptance to look after the consumer business' credit review and approval with around 8 team members.



As the Credit Acceptance Manager, your responsibilities are including managing and coaching a team of credit acceptance specialists with different experience and approval authority levels on company culture, business knowledge and team spirit, etc. Besides that, you also need to keep implementing updated policy and procedure internally to deliver a consistent and accurate credit decisions. Last but not least, handling conflicts and complaints with customers and dealers to maintain customers' satisfaction is a must.



To be qualified for this role, you must have at least 5 years working experience with 1 year in team management experience in credit operation. Familiar with PBOC, SAFE or related compliance regulation.Bachelor Degree with fluency in English and Mandarin.
