Senior Building Surveyor MRICS

Leading Property Management and Building Consultancy experts operating across commercial property are now looking to appoint a Building Surveyor MRICS to join their thriving team based in Cambridge due to expansion.



You will take responsibility for professional instructions spanning surveys, dilapidation, party wall matters alongside small refurbishment works. You will be dealing with Blue chip organisations within the commercial and retail sectors. You will be working in autonomy and expected to take a pro-active approach to work to work alongside the other team members and contribute to the continued growth of the business.



That's why we are looking for experienced Building Surveyors MRICS, who will have gained relevant experience in Private Practice. You will be ambitious, driven and keen to work as part of a small and growing team. This opportunity will suit a recently qualified Surveyor looking for their next step or a Senior Surveyor/Associate looking for the opportunity to push their career to the next level.



The remuneration will depend on skills and experience from £30,000 to £45,000 plus benefits.
