Drive value by leading execution of strategies through repeatable, reliable processes. Understand and communicate who needs to do what when and ensure expectations are clearly understood. Ensure detailed project plans are created and maintained using MS Project. Guide the project team through the planning process and ensure project standards are followed. Collaborate with subject matter experts, project team members and other stakeholders to ensure project deliverables are achieved on time and with high quality. Track and facilitate decisions to completion, elevating as appropriate. Track and facilitate issue resolution, elevating as appropriate. Understand and communicate risks. Manage and resolve task dependencies and execution risks. Manage and facilitate effective status and review meetings. Manage and facilitate effective cross function working sessions and drive the resolution of non-tax issues. Partner with project team members to develop and carry out communication plans to ensure project stakeholders receive the right information at the right time. Ensure accurate metric reports are maintained and timely communication of project status and performance results. Manage scope and schedule changes through change control. Manage and organize the review of legal agreements to ensure all revisions and versions are managed and controlled. Collaborate with cross functional stakeholders in developing detailed implementation plans and oversee the smooth execution of transactions. Develop, facilitate and/or maintain project documentation. Continually evaluate the planning process and utilize ACE tools and methodologies to drive process improvement. Support tax analysis of transactions, as time permits.
