This is an outstanding opportunity to not only work in a growing and dynamic commercial property organisation but also further your experience in management accounting, financial accounting and analysis which will allow operational leaders to make key commercial decisions.



As part of succession planning and to allow for the continued growth of the organisation they are now looking for a talented accountant to join their team.



Key responsibilities include providing financial support to the property management team across a portfolio of properties to ensure timely accurate reporting, forecasting and analysis which will contribute to commercial decisions. You will be required to partner with various stakeholders to assist with the understanding of all financial aspects of the portfolio of developments so your communication skills will be key.



To be successful in this role you will be CA/CPA qualified with experience in the property industry. Candidates with experience in a similar role where financial, management accounting and stakeholder engagement are crucial will be looked upon favourably.
