This well established North Queensland Business is highly regarded in the agriculture and automotive industry. With multiple locations and growth year upon on year there is an immediate need for a Branch Manager with a strong service back ground to join their team.



In this newly appointed position you will be the link between sales, service and parts. You will be able to clearly and confidently identify the customers requirements whilst providing advice and innovative solutions. Over time as you gain an understanding the market and your clients needs, you will confidently recommend and implement policies and procedures to ensure the company is united in growth while tailoring solutions to your branches requirements.



The key to securing this diverse role will be your ability to employ a visionary approach where you can identify improvements and solutions. With the full support of the company you will be provided with all the necessary tools to be successful in this position. Working along side industry experts you will demonstrate your knowledge within the Mechanical Service Industry to build rapport with your customers and co-workers alike. You will be a good communicator and people manager who is tolerant, patient and has good negotiating skills.



Previous experience as a Service Advisor working the Automotive, Heavily Industry or Machinery Industry will be essential.
