My client is a global insurer reputable for stable business growth. With a long heritage in Asia, they have intrinsically established its presence successfully across Asia Pacific. In order to uphold its market leadership, they are currently looking to bring on a Senior Manager for their Risk Team to increase strategic flexibility according to Group and regulatory requirements.



As an experienced Risk expert, you will develop and implement ERM and ORM framework. Collaborating with management and risk committees, you will advice and report on key risk issues, which includes internal controls, business processes, systems controls, BCP and outsourcing. Your ultimate goal is to establish a strong presence as risk expert to bridge operational risk knowledge whilst supporting management's strategic plans.



To be successful in this role, you will need to be a university graduate with 10+ years experience from global insurers or financial services firms. This means you will have in-depth knowledge of Insurance risk and controls, processes and products. To embed and raise awareness of ERM and ORM framework, you will need to communicate and influence across all levels with credibility.
