Committed to being a leader in their industry, this organisation believes in maintaining an efficient delivery of safe, secure and reliable rail transport. This organisation seeks to employ a Property Project Manager located in Sydney CBD.



As Property Project Manager, you will plan and direct the development and delivery of the projects across various sites to ensure they meet the agreed scope of works in a financially responsible manner. You will prepare program input for all negotiations associated with the site contracts, including compliance, variations, reliability and warranty issues with infrastructure contractors. You will manage and lead cross functional project teams consisting of internal and external team members, as well as managing associated project risks. You will provide status reports, development and variations for the project and have the ability to manage stakeholders.



Ideally you will have extensive experience managing the end to end delivery of large capital projects within the property/construction industry. You will demonstrate prior project management experience gained from the construction/transport industry. You must have a detailed knowledge of contract management, report writing, business case development and variation management. Additionally, you are comfortable working to tight timeframes in a changing environment.
