An international multi-disciplinary practice requires a senior registered architect to join their creative and energetic studio in the CBD. This role is currently been undertaken by the directors however they would like a charismatic registered architect to take over. Main responsibilities would include approaching developers and representing the practice in acquiring new business.



It is crucial that applicants have a strong knowledge of the commercial property market and can display strong business development skills. A registered architect would be ideal in this role as you will need perform general architectural, and design duties. You will also have the ability to work with developers and leaseholders to demonstrate a vision for best practice commercial fit outs. Client relationship skills obviously need to be at a very high standard, a level headed mentality is imperative as you will be leading a team and will need to ensure they work well together.
