Finance Manager Within High Performing Private Equity Firm

Hays are currently resourcing for a Finance Manager within a stable and high performing Private Equity Organisation within Sydney's CBD. This role requires a strong organiser who can take ownership of this position.



A strong candidate must be able to perform the following duties:



* Maintenance of the monthly accounts across various entities including

* Tax compliance requirements including; FBT, BAS and PAYG

* Process monthly payroll

* Preparation of statutory accounts at Year end



As well as this you will need to have experience within Fund Accounting and Administration:



* Update asset filings/maintaining registers

* Prepare unit pricing of funds

* Manage capital requirements

* Assist with the preparation of quarterly investor reporting

* Assist with the preparation of compliance obligations

* Preparation of tax distribution statements



The successful candidate will be CA/CPA qualified with experience gained from a Top Four chartered firm. They must have at least 2 years of experience in an accounting role within a fund management organisation which has focused on Property, Hedge Funds or Private Equity.
